Vermot AG（德国）是复兴的 Veritas 品牌的跑车公司，在 1950 年代享有盛名。 公司于1999年由一群爱好者创立。 2001 年，原型车问世，2009 年，量产版 Veritas RS3 单座敞篷跑车问世。
